Following all the rumors until today, there had been several rumors regarding when the highly anticipated Apple iPhone 5 and iPad Mini will be released. Several analysts and news outlets began pouring in similar information and details regarding the launch dates of the devices.
Ming-Chi Kuo from the KGI Securities, offered expectations on the launch of the devices and believed those devices will make their debut in September. Personally I have no idea if these sources are reliable or not. However, they are reported by established sources like 'The Wall Street Journal' and 'Reuters'. It seems that the new gadgets is coming closer and closer to fit into our pockets!

A German court recently ruled Samsung not going to be able to sell its Galaxy Tab 7.7 in the entire European Union which consists of 27 Member States. The court making this decision is base on the ban of Galaxy Tab 10.1 earlier.
According to CNET, Samsung is 'disappointed' with the court's decision.
Another judge in the UK recently ruled 3 of Samsung's tablets were 'not as cool' as the iPad whereas Apple still claims Samsung still owes substantial monetary damages to Apple.
Well, personally i think Apple is being too aggressive? I mean take a look at all Apple's lawsuit which protects their products so much. Are they that afraid other companies might triumph over them?
Samsung believes Apple’s patents are too “generic” to be upheld and said it “welcomes” the court’s ruling that confirms the Galaxy Tab 10.1N does not infringe on Apple’s technology, CNET said.

Data from the benchmark suggests that Samsung is going to
overclock the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, as the same processor used in s3 runs at
1.4 GHz, but runs at 1.6 Ghz with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
It also revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will have a
1280x720 screen resolution, with the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Will
Jellybean be available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2? Unfortunately, the data
results have been taken off the website, http://www.glbenchmark.com/index.jsp

There is something that will keep your attention. AT&T and Verizon are posting record profit margins, while their current iPhone sales have fallen. it was said that many analysts have seen this coming before. The next version of iPhone is going to be out in a few months time hence many buyers are are holding to buy for the new iPhone.
AT&T and Verizon cash will still be making a profit though since the customers are stilling using the old phones and they are paying for the contracts plan for phone which include voice and data plans.

In iOS 6, Apple includes a redesigned Music app that will make purchasing even faster and easier .
The new button, which appears at the bottom of albums, is a Complete My Album toggle. The list shows the entire album and allows for purchasing the songs directly in the new Music app..
Meanwhile, Apple added a “listen” button in the redesigned iTunes Store app that will play the song without the need to jump to the Music app.
These changes makes it easier for users to discover and download new tracks from Apple’s iTunes Store music
section.
